ReefHydro: Engineered Reef Modeling

A coupled MIKE 21 FM + MIKE 21 SW framework for assessing the performance of fringing and barrier reefs for wave energy reduction and coastal protection.

Texas Coast Compound Flood Modeling

Development of a high-resolution 1D–2D model integrating storm surge, river flow, SLR, and VLM to generate process-based flood hazard maps.

Matagorda Bay Salinity Modeling

Long-term salinity simulations to evaluate oyster habitat viability under different freshwater inflow and storm scenarios.

  • Hydrological and Morphological Model Study for Integrated Water Resources Management and Development of Kutubdia and Matarbari Island.
  • Detailed Hydrological and Morphological Survey and Study for Matarbari Port Development Project (RHD Component).
  • Long-term monitoring, research, and analysis of the Bangladesh Coastal Zone.
  • Surface water hydrology study of probable site selection for construction of nuclear power plant in the southern part of Bangladesh.
  • Feasibility study for the construction of walkway, Eco-Park, and allied infrastructure on the foreshore land of the rivers Buriganga, Turag, Balu & Sitalakhya (3rd Phase), including waste removal and development planning for the Dhaka circular waterways.
  • Feasibility Study for Restoration of Bhadra and Salta River along with Adjacent Polder (25, 26, 27/1, 27/2, 28/1 & 29) to remove drainage congestion in Khulna District, including Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA).
  • Feasibility Study & Detailed Engineering Design for Long-term Drainage Solution in the Bhabodah Area (2nd Phase).
  • Hydrological and Morphological Study for Installation of 33 KV Submarine Cable from Chittagong to Sandwip under the Power Distribution System Development Project.
  • Feasibility Study for Improvement and Restoration of Navigability for Buriswar-Payra, Old Brahmaputra, Dharla, Dudhkumar, Punarbhaba, Tulai, and Showa Rivers.
